Pairing links a machine to your account once. After that, every session from every installed harness on that machine appears in the app automatically — no per-session scans.

A QR appears in your terminal. Open the app, tap scan, and point it at the QR. Done.

How it works

The QR contains a one-time approval code and secret that expire shortly. The server compares hashes of both values. After approval, the machine receives a token stored in your OS keychain; the server stores only its hash. You pair once per machine.

Headless / SSH

The machine can be remote; display its terminal QR through your trusted SSH session, then scan it with the app. A short code by itself cannot approve a machine, which prevents a copied or guessed display code from redirecting the pairing into another account.

Revoke anytime

You can revoke or rotate a machine from the app at any time. Revoking immediately invalidates its token and removes its sessions. See security & privacy for details.
